Barcelona SC: from the 1-2 to Macará to a ban and silence in the stands
A fourth match without a win, incidents, two home games without fans, and a presidency that had already shaken days earlier.

Banco Pichincha did not forgive. Barcelona SC lost 1-2 to Macará, made it four matches without a win, and the game was stopped for more than half an hour when a group of fans tried to enter the pitch.
The sanction came quickly: two matches without supporters and extra restrictions in the stands. For the Ídolo, a club that lives off its people, it is an institutional blow as hard as the sporting one.
Days earlier, Antonio Álvarez had resigned. In 155 minutes the club went from a Copa Ecuador qualification to a night of an alleged ineligible player, rumor and a power vacuum. The yellow stands are tired of excuses.
On Saturday they visit Mushuc Runa. Without their people, on 35 points, Barcelona need a result that looks like a beginning. Not a patch.
